Lindon Bennett School

Badgers

Badgers class have had a wonderful term working on developing their independence and communication skills- well done!

The children have been learning about ‘People who Help Us’ and ‘Growth’ during topic lessons. We had a special visit from the firefighters where we were able to climb in the fire engine, it was lots of fun! The school nurse also came to our class to show us all of her equipment which the children explored with interest! When we learnt about Growth, we planted seeds and beans and also observed how humans grow and develop. We have been measuring our height and will be able to observe how much we have grown later on in the year!

Badgers have enjoyed being involved in many enrichment and celebration days this term including Maths Pattern Day and World Book Day. We loved being able to spend time with our Mums who visited us to take part in a stay and play session to celebrate Mother’s Day.

Please keep us informed about your child’s achievements at home, we love hearing about what they have been up to!

Have a lovely Easter break!
