Koalas

Koalas Class has already had a great first few weeks back at school. We have settled into our new class and routine well. Our topic this half term is ‘Me and My Community’, we have been learning about ourselves and our local area. During our lessons we have been very creative making lovely art work to express ourselves which is now being displayed in our classroom. We are also planning trips to explore our local allotment and shops.

During our communication lessons we have been focussing our or communication skills and making choices of different equipment we would like to explore and communicating what we like and don’t like.

In our cooking sessions we have been making chocolate muffins, we were all very good at following the recipe and instructions given to us. They were delicious!
