Peacocks

Welcome to Peacocks class!

We have been very busy during our first half term, focusing on settling in to our new routines. The children have done very well at this and are now following their visual timetables with lots of independence.

During our lessons of communication and maths, we have focused on reading and counting, as a class we have made amazing progress and really enjoyed our story ‘The Zoo Vet’.

We also worked on a very exciting theme: Me and my community. In our ICT lessons we explored Google maps, looking at each other’s houses and our school.

We are very much looking forward to our next term which will follow the theme of Shopping (and the countdown to Christmas).
