Cheetahs

Cheetahs have started the year off great! All the children have settled back into class and are ready to start enjoying all the activities we have planned.

This half term our topic is ‘Magical and mystical stories’. The first story we have been looking at is Hansel and Gretel, all the children have enjoyed listening and engaging in this story. The children have been enjoying the different sensory props and using their senses to explore. We have been designing our own gingerbread houses using paint and different material and in our cooking session we are now making our own gingerbread houses. The children were very good at mixing all the different ingredients together.

Through out the week we will also be completing our individual physio plans in class and in our different sensory rooms including soft play.

We are going to have a great year this year and we look forward to seeing what amazing things the children will do.
